Most crews start with the standard board. Run it by hand on day one. When you’re ready, we wire in tools you already use — Xero, MYOB, calendars — so jobs, quotes and chase stay in one place.

02 — On the phone
Most crews start with the standard MyTradeBuddy board. If your trade needs different fields, different stages or a different chase list, we can build that in.
Open it in the browser — phone and computer stay in sync. Add it to the home screen if you want an app-style icon. Call, text or book from a job, a quote, a person or an invoice. Four actions on the chase list: Call, Text, Send, Book. Tick it when it’s done. Only your team can see it.
Week one is the standard board: today’s jobs, quotes, who’s on the tools, what’s owed, and who to chase. When you’re ready, plug in accounts, calendars, customer texts, and alerts for late jobs, quiet quotes or unpaid invoices. Nothing is locked to one software brand.
We can add helpers that do real work — a rough measure from a photo or plan, a first-pass quote line, or a reminder of who still needs a call. No dashboards for the sake of it. Tell Tyrone what slows the crew down and he’ll say whether a helper is worth it.
